California’s CCPA and CPRA give residents the right to tell a business: do not sell or share my personal information. This page is that instruction’s home. It pairs with our California Privacy Rights notice and supplements the Privacy Policy.
The One Channel of Sharing, Described
First Plus Group forwards loan requests to independent participating lenders; that transfer is the only time personal information leaves this site, and under California law it can count as a “sale” or “sharing” even though you pay nothing for the service. Everything else here shares nothing: no advertising trackers run, no cross-site cookies are set, no browsing data is sold. A visitor who never submits a request form has nothing to opt out of, and this page exists so that choice stays explicit.
Exercising the Opt-Out
- Email info@firstplusgroup.com using the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
- Name the email address used in any request you made. Identity documents are unnecessary for an opt-out; a matching email address is treated as sufficient.
- You will receive a confirmation email, and the opt-out takes effect within 15 business days, usually far sooner.
An authorized agent may send it for you with written permission; we may verify that permission with you directly.
What Changes Afterwards
- Sharing with participating lenders stops, and new requests cannot be routed for you.
- Records we must retain for legal, audit, or dispute purposes stay under the schedule in the California notice.
- Opting back in requires nothing formal: submitting a new request form counts as fresh permission for the details it contains.
Browser Signals Like Global Privacy Control
Because nothing on this site is sold through tracking, browser-level signals such as Global Privacy Control have nothing here to switch off. The request form is the sole sharing channel, and the email opt-out above, not browser settings, governs it.
Living Outside California
The same opt-out is honored for everyone. Residents of states with their own privacy statutes, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah among them, can use the identical email process, and comparable rights under those laws are respected.
Page Updates
This page moves when the law or our practices do. Questions go to the contact page; the fuller rights list sits in our CCPA notice.
